 Turnkey Solutions.On completing the planning and design process, Chantrey procured the construction and project managed the development of 112 waterfront apartments at Meridian Place in the heart of London Docklands for overseas investors, Cor-Dor Group. Responsible also for the marketing programme and delivering residential sales, this project is a fine example of Chantrey’s total turnkey development management capabilities. |

| Following careful location studies, Chantrey acquired an office-park site at Caldecotte Lake, Milton Keynes for Daimler Chrysler Financial Services Ltd’s 50,000 sq ft headquarters. Chantrey Developments financed the project, procured and administered the construction contract and on completion, sold the investments to the Threadneedle Property Fund. | |
