Portfolio Project Management.

Chantrey were successful as bid coordinators and project managers for BBH (Building Better Health Ltd) a consortium headed by Capital & Provident Regeneration Ltd and the William Pears Group Ltd. for a number of NHS Local Initiative Finance Trusts (LIFT) in London. The consortium is responsible for the rationalisation, improvement, redevelopment and management of an extensive portfolio of health care property assets.
